Beta / Soft Launch Notice
Version 2026-08-19 · Draft — not yet published
Draft — pending legal review. This is a working draft of CrewNation's Beta / Soft Launch Notice. It is not a substitute for review by a licensed attorney and should not be treated as final or legally binding until reviewed and approved by counsel — in particular the warranty-disclaimer and limitation-of-liability provisions.
1. CrewNation is in beta
- CrewNation is currently in a beta / soft-launch phase. By checking the acknowledgment box at sign-up, or by using the platform during this phase, you confirm that you understand and accept the terms of this Notice.
- A beta platform is a work in progress. It is offered so that early members can use it, and so that we can learn what to improve before general public launch.
2. Features may change, break, or disappear
- Features may be added, changed, limited, disabled, or removed at any time, with or without notice. A feature available today may work differently or be gone tomorrow.
- The platform may contain bugs, errors, incomplete workflows, and inaccurate information. Behavior you rely on may not be final.
- Availability is not guaranteed. The platform may be slow, interrupted, taken offline for maintenance, or temporarily unavailable.
3. Data during beta
- While we take reasonable measures to protect your information (see the Privacy Policy), data created during the beta may be reset, migrated, or lost as we develop the platform. Do not rely on CrewNation as the sole record of anything important to you; keep your own copies of documents and information that matter to you.
4. Provided “as is”
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, CrewNation is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, availability, accuracy, or non-infringement.
- We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any defect will be corrected, or that any result, match, contact, hire, or outcome will be achieved.
5. Limitation of liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, CrewNation and its owners, officers, and staff will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenue, business, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the beta platform — even if advised of the possibility. This is in addition to, and does not limit, any limitation of liability in the Terms of Use.
6. Pricing is not final
- Any prices, plans, promotions, or fees shown during the beta are provisional and may change before or at general launch. Introductory or promotional pricing is not a commitment to future pricing.
7. Feedback and confidentiality
- Because CrewNation is in a private soft-launch, your participation is also governed by the Soft Launch Confidentiality & NDA Agreement, which asks you to keep the platform and other members’ information confidential and to share feedback with us rather than publicly. Please review it alongside this Notice.
