Data We Store

CrewNation stores the account and company-profile information you provide — your name, email address, company details, work history, and the content you post on the platform. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

Social Profile Links

If you add social profile links (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) to your company profile, CrewNation stores only the links you provide and the results of automated checks that confirm the pages exist and match your company name. To remove them at any time: open your Company Profile, clear the fields, and save — the links and their check results are deleted immediately.

How to Delete Your Data

1. Email sales@thecrewnation.com from the email address registered to your account, with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.”
2. We will verify the request came from the account holder, then delete your account and associated personal data within 30 days, except records we are legally required to retain.
3. You will receive a confirmation email when the deletion is complete.

Prefer a pause instead? Settings → Account lets you deactivate your account without deleting anything — you can reactivate by signing back in.
