Milwaukee Tool Giveaway — Official Rules

The Promotion is sponsored by Wallace Industrial Tools & Supplies ("Sponsor"), with locations at 217 North Green River Road, Evansville, IN 47715; 3250 James Sanders Blvd, Paducah, KY 42001; and 6 West Frankfort Plaza, West Frankfort, IL 62896.

The Promotion is administered by CrewNation ("Administrator"), the operator of the CrewNation platform (the "Platform"). Questions about the Promotion can be sent to the contact address listed on the Platform’s Contact page.

Milwaukee Tool is not a sponsor, administrator, or endorser of this Promotion and is not affiliated with it. "Milwaukee" and related marks are trademarks of their respective owners, used only to identify the prize.

The Promotion is open only to individuals who, at the time of entry: (a) are legal residents of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia; (b) are at least eighteen (18) years of age and the age of majority in their state of residence; and (c) create a CrewNation account in their own, true identity during the Entry Period and accept these Rules.

Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and Administrator, and their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and agents, and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) or household members of any of the above, are not eligible to enter or win.

The Promotion is void outside the eligible territory and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

The Promotion begins when the entry option is made available on the Platform and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on October 31, 2026 (the "Entry Period"). Entries received after the Entry Period, for any reason, will not be included in the drawing.

To enter, create a new CrewNation account during the Entry Period and check the giveaway entry box confirming your eligibility and acceptance of these Official Rules. Entry is completed when your account is created; each entry is assigned a sequential entry number.

Creating a CrewNation account is free. No purchase, payment, or paid subscription is necessary to enter or win, and purchasing anything from Sponsor or Administrator does not improve your chances of winning.

If you do not check the giveaway entry box, you will not be entered. Accounts created before the Entry Period, accounts created by another person on your behalf, and re-registrations of existing members are not eligible entries.

Limit: one (1) entry per person and per account. Multiple accounts, duplicate identities, scripted or automated registrations, and entries generated by any means other than the account-creation flow described above are void and may result in disqualification of every associated entry.

One (1) winner will receive a Milwaukee Tool prize package supplied by Sponsor. The specific prize contents and approximate retail value ("ARV") will be announced on the Platform and on the Sponsor’s and Administrator’s social channels before the drawing date. The actual value of the prize may vary; any difference between the ARV and the actual value will not be awarded.

The prize is awarded "as is," with no warranty or guarantee by Administrator, either express or implied, apart from any manufacturer’s warranty that accompanies the products. The prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted, exchanged, or redeemed for cash by the winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize, and any costs not expressly stated as included, are the sole responsibility of the winner.

On or about November 1, 2026, the winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period, using the random number generator at random.org against the sequential entry numbers. The drawing will be conducted during a live broadcast on Facebook. If the live broadcast cannot take place at the scheduled time for reasons outside the Administrator’s control, the drawing will be conducted by the same random method as soon as practicable and the result announced afterward.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The potential winner will be notified using the email address on their CrewNation account within seven (7) days of the drawing. The potential winner must respond and provide any information reasonably required to verify eligibility and deliver the prize (including a valid U.S. delivery or pickup arrangement) within seven (7) days of the first notification attempt.

If a potential winner does not respond within that period, cannot be contacted, is found ineligible, declines the prize, or fails to comply with these Rules, the prize is forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected by the same random method from the remaining eligible entries.

An entrant is not a winner, and no prize is awarded, until eligibility has been verified and the winner has been formally confirmed by the Administrator.

The prize will be delivered by shipment to a valid address within the eligible territory or by pickup at a Sponsor location, as arranged between the winner and the Sponsor. Sponsor is responsible for prize fulfillment. Administrator is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or misdirected prizes after delivery to the carrier or handoff to the winner.

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner’s consent for Sponsor and Administrator to announce and use the winner’s first name, last initial, city/state, and entry number in connection with the Promotion — including during the live drawing broadcast and in follow-up announcements — without additional compensation. Entrants’ full contact details are never published as part of the drawing.

Information you provide when creating an account is collected by Administrator and used as described in the CrewNation Privacy Policy. Entry information (name, email, entry number) is used to administer the Promotion. Administrator will share the winner’s name and contact details with Sponsor solely as needed for prize verification and fulfillment. Entering the Promotion does not by itself subscribe you to Sponsor marketing communications.

Administrator reserves the right to disqualify any entry or entrant it reasonably believes to be fraudulent, automated, created in a false identity, in violation of the Platform Terms of Use, or otherwise in violation of these Rules. Any attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and Administrator reserves the right to seek remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

If the Promotion is compromised by fraud, technical failure, or any other cause beyond Administrator’s reasonable control that impairs its integrity or proper functioning, Administrator may suspend, modify, or terminate the Promotion and, if terminated early, conduct the drawing from all eligible entries received before the termination date. Banned accounts and accounts closed before the drawing are not eligible entries.

These Rules do not modify the Platform Terms of Use; where they conflict with respect to the Promotion, these Rules control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, by entering, each entrant releases and holds harmless Sponsor, Administrator, and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Promotion or the receipt, use, or misuse of the prize, including without limitation claims relating to lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries; technical failures of any kind; unauthorized human intervention; or injury or damage to persons or property. Nothing in these Rules excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook), Milwaukee Electric Tool Corporation, or Randomness and Integrity Services Ltd. (random.org). By entering, you understand that you are providing your information to the Administrator and not to Meta. Each entrant releases Meta from any responsibility or liability in connection with the Promotion. Facebook is used only as the broadcast venue for the live drawing; no Facebook account is required to enter.

Except where prohibited, all issues concerning these Rules or the Promotion are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Davidson County, Tennessee. All claims must be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and in no event will any entrant be entitled to awards for indirect, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, or to attorneys’ fees, except where prohibited by law.

To request the name of the confirmed winner or a written copy of these Official Rules, contact the Administrator through the contact address listed on the Platform’s Contact page within sixty (60) days after the drawing date. The winner will also be announced during and after the live drawing as described in Section 9.
